Free Online Property Valuation — Hong Kong Banks
All five major Hong Kong mortgage banks offer free online valuation tools that give an indicative market value for your property. They're a useful starting point if you're considering selling, refinancing, or simply want to know where your property stands. It's worth checking two or three — each bank uses a different valuation firm, so figures for the same flat can differ by a meaningful margin.

Discovery Bay is listed under New Territories → Islands District in most of these tools, not Hong Kong Island.
Have your block and flat number to hand — most tools require the exact unit, not just the estate.
Villas and low-density properties — Crestmont, Coastline, La Serene and similar — often return no result. That doesn't mean there's a problem with your property; these systems only cover estates with enough recent transaction volume.
